Mirage Property are NOT an estate agent. When you sell your property you do NOT need to pay us any commission. The price packages you see on the left are inclusive. We do however give your property maximum exposure. Our site is listed with Google and the other major search engines and we also advertise locally. We get your property out there and seen by the prospective buyers. From there on in its all yours, including the cash!! We also have a list of potential buyers on our database who are currently searching for properties but have not yet found one that matches their criteria. When you list your property with us we will check it against this list and forward your details to all the matches straightaway. All you need to do now is send us your photos and the text you’d like to describe your property and we’ll upload it the same day! (For all information provided to us by 2pm.) Generally we will put your contact details on the advert so your buyers can contact you direct. If you do not want your personal details listed on the internet we will take the enquiries and pass them on to you the same day we receive them.
